When will I get my stuff?
Your order should be shipped within 2-3 business days. See "How will my order be shipped?" for shipping times. If you've ordered something that is currently out of stock, we will contact you to let you know estimated shipping dates and you can decide where to go from there. Please be sure to provide us with valid contact information, so that we can notify you as quickly as possible.

How much will shipping be?
Made by Tess shipping costs are based on a percentage of your total:
$0.01 USD-$10.00 USD = 25%
$10.01 USD-$20.00 USD=20%
$20.01 USD-$30.00 USD=15%
$30.01 USD-$50.00 USD=10%
$50.01 USD-and up=7.5%

How will my order be shipped?
We currently ship to the US only. All orders will be sent out either USPS First Class Mail. If you are really in a rush and need your stuff fast, we can ship USPS Priority or Express, although additional charges will apply. You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped that will contain a tracking number either for USPS.. You can then go to www.usps.com to track the pakage(s).If more than two business days have passed and you haven't received an e-mail from us, please shoot us an email at tess@madebytess.com

Can I track my package?
When we ship your order, you will receive an email confirmation of shipment from us which will contain your tracking information. Please be on the lookout for this message! Once the email is received, your tracking number can then be entered into USPS website to track the progress on your package.

How can I pay?
Made by Tess uses paypal at the time for all it's money-taking needs. Paypal is very secure, and very easy to use.

How do I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns for any merchandise purchased on www.madebytess.com for credit or exchange on items that are received in brand new, unused condition, minus original shipping charges. We must be notified of your intent within 10 days following your receipt of goods. Please respect our policy and follow our returns procedure as outlined below:

Step 1:
Please contact tess@madebytess.com and let us know what you would like to return or exchange. If you are exchanging for something, please let us know at this time what item you would like to exchange with so we can set that item aside for you.

Step 2:
Pack it up (be sure to include a copy of your invoice). All returns should be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend that you use USPS Priority Mail or First Class(with delivery confirmation) to provide a tracking number so that you may verify our receipt. After you have contacted us, we will give you the adress to return your package to.

Step 3:
You will receive an email once we receive your returned item and we will promptly refund the amount of your returned item, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You can expect return services to be completed within three to five business days after we receive your returned item.

Return Postage:
You will be responsible for return postage if it is a size, or style issue.
Made by Tess will be responsible for return shipping if there are manufacturing defects in the Made by Tess item. Please follow all the return shipping instructions above for either reason of return. All returns must arrive here within 14 days.

What should I if my item arrives damaged?
This has never happened, but if it does, we will be glad to replace it. Email tess@madebytess.com so we can coordinate returning the item and sending out a replacement for you.
